Why do you say that? There are already a number of oil and gas wells in Southern England and most people would never know as their impact post drilling is minimal. There's two in Storrington just north of Worthing but I have no idea where they are despite having visited the town a few times.
If you're thinking it's going to look like parts of the USA with acres of nodding donkeys it just isn't going to be like that.
