Re: Football Season 2014/15
That's a shocking result, to lead twice against 10 men and still lose is appalling. Chelsea were probably the last hope in the Premier League regaining some credit but dear me English teams have done it little justice this year. Arsenal going out to Monaco and not a single English team in the quarters. Still back arsenal over city. What are the odds on the two English teams left making the last 8 having both shipped heavy away goals.
Zlatans pulled his feet out of that challenge but I still wouldn't like two knees or shins lunging at my leg like that, red card was justified for me.

Re: Football Season 2014/15
Well done Parie
Arsenal in Monaco will be interesting now live on ITV. EPLs last hope. West Ham at the Emirates on Saturday 3pm, not sure its a safe game to be resting players.
Barca have kicked into gear in LaLiga so its going to be tough for Man City.

Re: Football Season 2014/15
If we are ever to get back to our former glories in Europe we need more of a British backbone like we had in the 70's and 80's.

Didn't even think it was a yellow for Ibrahimovic, if anything it was a foul on him by Oscar. Shocking decision. Maybe every single outfield Chelsea player surrounding the ref after it happened had something to do with his decision...
Has to be one of the worst performances by Chelsea under Mourinho, they looked utterly hopeless for most of the match and watching it you would never have guessed they were against 10 men for most of it.

This is the 'great team' Mourinho said Chelsea are right?

Yeah you're right. I seen the challenge through a Reddit gif that having seen the original this morning it's clear it was sped up. Normal speed and there's nothing there bar and Oscar performance from Oscar.

Soon Man Utd will be the biggest club in Manchester again given the crisis at Man City.

United will always be the 'biggest' club in Manchester, maybe not always the best, or the richest but always the biggest.

Re: Football Season 2014/15
Absolutely disgusted with Man City tonight, hate the fact that the arrogant one looks like he will win the title. He needs to look at himself and his players and then ask himself once more why nobody likes them. Maybe because you have a racist person who sleeps with any female with a pulse, players who like diving and acting like <insert swear words here>, surrounding the referee and forcing him to send players off and just generally being a bunch of arrogant <insert swear words here>.
Apologies for that rant, needed to vent some frustration from the last few days. *and breathe.*
