Yeah, the NHS Trust are now launching a full investigation into this. Also got a reply from my MP, passed the details onto them as well and MP says he will make sure this is investigated. Shocking really. I just thank God it wasn't anything more serious, like a cancerous tumour or something like that.

There is a distinct lack of Marmite here! I think I'm going to have to start flirting with the nurses to get some in for breakfast. But I've got to do it without getting my heart rate up

Well just pick a less well endowed nurse to flirt with. 
Safer still get Natalie to bring some in and keep it in your drawer, check that you can have it though as I think it has quite a high salt content.
