Re: Superhub2 / Speed Problems

Update:

Sunday afternoon, all internet stopped.

The router side of the SHub died. Had to contact VM to connect to the hub as we couldn't. They have set it to modem mode so just one computer can connect.

Engineer visit Tues morning

Think whatever happens we are gonna go for a new router (thanks for advice General and others)

Re: Superhub2 / Speed Problems

good for you dude. The Asus router you have previously mentioned kicks ass in so many respects so you'll be doing yourself a huge favour by getting one. Put the new shub in modem mode, setup your Asus router and you'll never look back.

New SHub in today and back to 160mb on all PCs

(Tested on various servers via Speedtest.net )

Gonna buy that router now though as have lost faith in VM's offering. Seems we found its limitations, or was just a coincidental dud!

With the millions of devices out there, a few duds are to be expected.
