Try not to leave a dehumidifier on unatended as there are numerous reports of them causing fires....

Re: What have you just bought?
This week (or last).
A new LG G3 to replace my contract HTC One X+, a MOGA Pocket Controller to go with it (£5 at Tesco!) and a case from ebay. Also grabbed a Trespass Water and Windproof jacket from a CRUK charity shop as I needed to replace an old coat that the zip went.

Hmmm. Not heard about that but we don't tend to leave them on when we're not around and haven't had any issues so far. Touching wood now just in case though...

An AIR-O-SWISS U650 humidifier. Low humidity in the winter here gives us sore throats overnight. http://www.airoswiss.net/info/ultrasonics/U650.aspx

Yes, I have lots and I'll do a special price for CF members too.
I've negotiated a deal with various global utilities companies so all that's required upon payment of the fee is that the customer enters a unique authorisation code (*g_u-ll/i^b&l+e*) into their computer and turns their household taps on...

Occasionally you see those sort of comedy priced items on both Amazon & eBay and you do wonder if anyone is daft enough to buy em...

Re: What have you just bought?
Somebody does.
2 identical items. you and I would buy the cheapest.
stupid would buy the expensive one thinking that it must be better because it costs more.
I'm sure that's the thinking of the sellers too. they just leave some on at a higher price. because somebody will buy it.
