I thought they were all v20.3.5 (with the VMC/VMS part of the version string for Cisco/Samsung)? Someone on the VM forums mentioned v20.3.8 - was this for 500Gb boxes?
|
They were all 20.3.5. There was no 20.3.8.

I expect it to run into next week. There are some large regions still to do, including yours.

Not a first, but fairly unusual.

Believe it or not, you're in Manchester . Only Manchester was updated this morning.

I suspect there is network engineering work happening in Manchester for the rest of the week so this was the only day available.
The change freeze doesn't start until the middle of December.

Re: General TiVo Discussion Part 3
Anyone know why sometimes my tivo app on my iphone says my box isnt connected to the internet?? Had it for about 4 days. Tivo box is fine at home and no problems at all. The app has just started working again today without me doing anything!

Could it be sleeping and taking a while to respond and show as connected.

Re: General TiVo Discussion Part 3
Wirral also updated this morning - guess this means I'm in Manchester too - I was born in Cheshire, the Tories moved me to Merseyside, and now VM move me to Manchester - getting dizzy standing still

You're probably trying to stream a channel which cannot be streamed.
Not all channels can be streamed.
Try channel 104 which can be streamed then 101 which can't.

Re: General TiVo Discussion Part 3
Can confirm Warrington has updated. I do like it from having a brief play, though I'm worried it's just going to get slower like some people have said.

Re: General TiVo Discussion Part 3
It isn't any faster, not in my home IMO. I would say there does seem a slight picture improvement on non HD channels(my imagination?).

After using it for a week, I have to agree Tivo is not any faster, but there is definately a small improvement in none HD channels.
