Do new installs get the new shub2ac?

Just signed up the in-laws to VM and they have an install scheduled for next week. Should I expect a shub2ac or just the original shub2?

Thanks ..

Depends what the installer has in his van. Have no expectations at all.

Expect the installer to do a half-assed job, leaving a trail of destruction in his path. That way, you won't be disappointed.

Lowering my expectations is how I got into this mess I'm in right now.

I'm off next week, don't need to lower them that much!

superhub 1 (current / moving customers) / 2's go to 50mb customers, 100mb and 152mb customers get superhub 2 ac's .- this is for new customers

again this is based on whats on the van, if the engineer only have superhub 2's then thats what you get

jb66 kept a few VMNG300's in his van for a good few months after they were no longer handed out

Get a cloth ready to clean up the blood, when he did my SH2 and TiVo he managed to cut himself and leave blood on the equipment. Mind you, he said he'd only been doing the job ten years.
