Re: Not getting 152mb
np, if you are looking for a permanent solution you can get branded Ethernet cables really cheap from amazon. As an example, you can get a longer (e.g. 10m) cable if you wanted to put a permanent solution in place and keep it tidy by running it under your carpet or upstairs/downstairs as an example.

Only a better wifi card, which is problematic if its integrated into the device.

Re: Not getting 152mb
ish, you could buy a new router with better wireless performance which would cost about £50 but I think your main problem is the wireless adapter in your laptop or whatever it is you are using. You be better off replacing that first.
Something like this would be good http://www.dabs.com/products/linksys...83-50468&src=3
That being said, if your computer/laptop is permanently sat next to the router I would strongly suggest leaving it connected to the router by the patch cable, it is going to save you loads of hassle.

Yeah the router is in the living room and thats where I am most of the time, ill just buy a long ethernet cable. although to be honest 50mb wireless suits me as im not a heavy user.

Re: Not getting 152mb
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Linksys-AE25...linksys+ae2500
£19.25 on Amazon with free delivery
Edit: here is an example of the type of cable you could go for http://www.amazon.co.uk/Belkin-Cat5e...lkin+10m+cat5e
If you want a different length just search for "belkin 15m cat5e" as an example and you will get a list of results of varying coloured cable (which makes no difference) from various suppliers. There is normally at least one there with free delivery.

As I explained above, if a cheap wireless card is the problem, it's already incapable of getting to the max speed of the Superhub, let alone any higher, you could buy a million £1000 routers and it won't make the slightest difference, so no point even considering buying a separate router. As an addendum, if it's a cheap wireless card problem it isn't always easy to upgrade, since a cheap wireless card often comes in a cheap laptop that doesn't have enough antennas to utilize a better/faster card, even if you were able to fit one. You can fit your own antenna yourself, for very little money, but the task is rather arduous and difficult to get right.
