Ref was a joke, red card a disgrace. Oh, and use that spray to stop them taking half a pitch each throw in.

Re: Football Season 2014/15
Pretty poor from Arsenal. I was losing my mind towards the end with the lack of creativity and sloppy passing. Still got the win which was needed but the performance needs to improve.

Re: Football Season 2014/15
Transfer business needs to be tied up ASAP so everyone can knuckle down. there are flaws in the tactics. its been showing for ages, the square peg round hole position outwide is of concern but tactically its needed because of that all important battle in midfield.

Re: Football Season 2014/15
Even Moyes beat Swansea in his first game.
Still. It's far too early to judge. I think there was a lot of hype around Van Gaal and so losing the first game has shocked everyone and made them lose perspective. People judge far, far too quickly on the basis of single games these days. Everyone has a definitive opinion on a player, team or manager after one result. I remember saying the same thing this time last year when the knifes were out for Wenger after losing at home to Villa. Also United's advantage will be in the winter months as all their rivals are in the Champions League or Europa League.

Rooney worked hard as did Mata and Januzaj was good at times.
De Gea was uncertain and looked as though he didn't know what was going on a lot of the time.
At least LVG now knows the real extent of the problems now.
And they have put the match day programme up 50p.

Yes there are definitely serious problems still especially in defence iadom but if l was a MU supporter my ire would also be aimed at Ed Woodward as the mans a clown compared to David Gill when it comes to the transfer market.

In my defence I will point out that most of my observations in my last post are exactly the same ones I made all last season and even the season before. United won the league but did not play very well, the other top teams fell over and allowed them to grind their way to the title .
does anyone know what that tiny on screen symbol is at the bottom, right on all Sky Sports channels?

And agree...Utd's problems have been there even when they last won the league...just chickens coming home to roost...they won with a weak squad..merely as other teams played badly

The heart symbol? I believe that is it the Virgin equivalent of the numbers on screen for catching streamers.
