It automatically checks for the latest firmware everytime it restarts (and if you are thinking that that isnt very often, VM can force a restart from their end if you are one of those peeps like me who hasnt had the need for a reboot in many months).
Thanks for the replies and sorry to the op for diverting the thread. The software version on my SH2 is 1.01.09 and hardware version 1.03.
Seems quite old considering the router arrived 3 weeks ago!
Far older - was in limited public Beta back in July 2014, I recall v09 was NMS pushed around early/mid Sept and we're still waiting on V10+ to fix some minor (inc DHCP) issues.
