Nobody is denying United had an awful season. But I can't help raising an eyebrow at Liverpool fans who say they are 'proud' of coming second.
For United anything less than 1st is considered something of a failure. Different standards I guess.

l would not say l am proud of finishing 2nd but its a vast improvement from before so its onwards and upwards hopefully in the future.

Suarez isn't going anywhere. He signed his 250k contract with the knowledge he will sit it out at Anfield for the foreseeable future.

They set out for top 4 not the title so the standards are different.

I think they will struggle next season with the extra European games they will have to play, not being in Europe helped them massively this season.

Yes we certainly need to improve our defence and with the CL l think we need buy at least another 6 players as we need strength in depth.

I'm not so sure. If RM waved £80m+ at Liverpool I can't see them finding it easy to resist. Plus he'd be going to a team that's almost guaranteed success.
