Don't want to jinx it, but fingers crossed about hearing from a certain company in the next couple of weeks. From what I gather, they are starting to struggle in the warehouse and work experience people aren't much use from what I pick up.

After having a particularly bad 7 days (including my previous run where I could only manage a very slow and lethargic 10 miles) I managed to pull a rabbit out of a hat and have just completed my longest ever run - 14.8 miles - at an average pace of 8.42 which is about a full minute faster than when I've done a lot less distance. At mile 11 I was even down to 8.20. I've got no idea where I found the energy and mojo for that but really pleased
