Catchup TV down in London

Catchup has been down since at least yesterday evening when I tried it, there's some vague issue about a programme not being available on service status on January 28th, but although a TV problem is still flagged it only relates to that and nothing about catch up. I'll have to watch it online soon before the week's up and it's gone, but just wondered how far this spreads and if anyone knows how long it could last? Here's the latest error code Fault reference: F002894212

That fault is only for "House of Fools" (SD) being missing from Catch Up. It sounds like you have something else wrong. Give Faults a call.

I did wonder (a week to solve a single programme issue!?). I'll reboot first in case, the standard time holding on has been half an hour (including for the mobile operator) but they have answered in a minute or so as well. Good thing I checked here, thanks.

Lovely job, I just rebooted and it's all back on.

It's always worth trying the re-boot for any fault that you may encounter. It works nearly every time for me.
