Website Help.

Hi all, please can any one help, this is my web site ( under construction )
http://homepage.ntlworld.com/mike.sawdon1/
If you have a look then click any photos they open in another window but a bit bigger, "That's what I want them to do"
BUT if you click on these photos:
Duck's Nest,
Grouse on nest,
Grouse nest with 8 eggs,
Owl Butterfly,
you will see they "Don't Open" like I want !!!

Have you got any idea what I am doing wrong.
btw: as far as I know I am adding the photos to my web site like I always have done

Path of a picture that does enlarge correctly:
http://homepage.ntlworld.com/mike.sa...20(Medium).jpg

Path of a picture that does not enlarge:
http://homepage.ntlworld.com/Photos%...cks%20Nest.jpg

If you replace /Photos......./ with /mike.sawdon1/ it should work assuming you have the .jpg saved in the main directory.

Re: Website Help.

Mike, what he's saying is that the link you have set up on your website is looking fir those pictures in a folder called photos but you appear to have uploaded them to your main page, not into that folder.

Personally, if it were me, I'd upload them all into your pictures folder and link them to that.

Re: Website Help.

All the photos that won't enlarge are coded to be looked for in a directory named Photos To Edit.

Do you have such a directory in your source page of coding? I suspect not.

The photos that do enlarge appear to be saved directly in your source code.

Although not usual, for consistency I suggest you save ALL the photos in the source and code them as those that do work (in other words knock out the ../Photos%20To%20Edit/ ). BUT the rogue photos must be saved in the same place as those that work.

Example of one that works:
<a href="Wood%20Pigeon.jpg"><img border="2" src="Wood%20Pigeon_small.jpg" xthumbnail-orig-image="Wood Pigeon.jpg" width="100" height="74"></a>&nbsp;
<span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: Times New Roman">Wood
pigeon.

Example of one that does not work:
<a href= " . . / Photos%20To%20Edit/Danby%20Gull%20Colony..JPG">
<img border="2" src="Danby%20Gull%20Colony._small.JPG" xthumbnail-orig-image="../Photos To Edit/Danby Gull Colony..JPG"></a>
Black Headed Gull Colony.</span>

Not sure why there are two dots in Danby Gull Colony..JPG

At last got it working ok, thanks guys for your kind help with this.
All I do now is keep all my photos in the same folder, still not sure why the other way didn't work ( it used to be ok) But not to worry it's all up & running now.
Again thanks guys.
