Phone 150 and ask for a replacement. it should be done foc. I had mine replaced last week as the 0 last channel and clear would also only work after a lot of pressure. I suspect that the circuit board may warp sometimes.

The my shows on my tivo remote was a bit hard to use, I phoned them and they replaced it no problem ...

I was wondering where to get new remotes. My channel up key needs a hard press to work, and some of the keys are rubbing off (the back button is almost completely black).

You could always connect your TiVo box to your router (if you have broadband) and use the TV anywhere app remote while you wait for a new remote to arrive. I have great fun annoying my wife by turning her rubish programs off with it.
