It you downloaded this evening's EastEnders onto your Sky box - it will auto-delete on 16 Jan and you can not stop it from doing so.

It isn't even moved to the deleted folder - it is completely removed.

But some are available for a little longer.
 | Yes, I know, ozsat, but there is no reason that I know of why Virgin Media need to operate in that way unless there are rights issues that prevent this.

Unless of course there is nothing to link the recording to when the 7 day period expires. That would make the whole idea a non starter!

 | Well due to the 'Do Not Post' I seen just before Christmas - BT Sport will not go after WWE.

If WWE goes to BT then it goodbye to Sky Sports for me.

It'd be interesting to see WWE Network being picked up by a TV channel seeing as it's a 100% online based subscription service much like Netflix...

 | Why, when you are championing streaming services (which I agree with) do you want to clutter up a hard drive (thus reducing recording capacity for recording other things) with things that can just be streamed?

So you've been told by a viewer that if you post something without permission, VM will not go ahead with whatever it was?

LOL
