Error messages following System restore

Hi all

Had problem with PC booting up..........that's now fitted thanks and PC did a system restore : However can't seems to log on any where keep getting these types of errors messages :

It's worth setting Windows time by Internet Time, though several of the servers always fail for me.

Windows will refuse to automatically set the time off the net if it differs too much from your machine's time. Can't recall if the difference had to be a few hours or a few days, it may have changed.

Windows time *is* BIOS time. There is no difference.
