You can attain a black belt in the kick boxing in 2.

A friend of mine was tasked to get rid of the surplus to friends and family. He turned up with a car full

Put it this way. Yes plenty more Dan grades to aim for - it takes a lifetime really as the process of development never really stops. This belt took him 3 1/2 years and involved his own personal training of 4-6 hours per week plus teaching of at least that, officiating at competitions, gradings etc. as well as satisfying all the relevant technical performance elements. The next Dan grade will take him a minimum of 4-5 years to achieve and it gets harder as you progress.

What started as a way to help him with his fitness and self confidence really has turned into something far more than that. It's a massive part of his life now and I can't see him ever giving it up.

Though I ain't looking forward to the aftermath later on.....
