Re: Football Season 2013/14 & Summer Window
Juve have been knocked out of the champions league on a pitch that isn't fit for use. I feel for them but Galatasaray scored, simple as that.
Why UEFA even allowed the game to take place on a non-league standard pitch is beyond me.

Re: Football Season 2013/14 & Summer Window
Seeing AC go out on a dirty pitch would have been pleasing. Gala employees can now roam the streets. Arsenal were forced to stay in the hotel in Napoli because of nutcase ultra supporters.
And in positive news Theirry Henry on SS2 from 6

Nasty little group of teams Arsenal could face, PSG, Atletico Madrid, Barcelona, Real Madrid or Bayern Munich. I never even thought they'd finish 2nd. We can face one of Bayer Leverkusen, Galatasaray, Olympiakos, Zenit St Petersburg or AC Milan.

Yup loss in Napoli and Dortmund winning puts as second. At least we got though a tough group though.

No doubt about that. To be honest, you've already beaten Bayern this year and going by this season you'll give the rest a hell of a game. Where as the way we've been playing, any one of the teams we could face, could beat us. Luckily for us it's a few months away.

You mean theres a transfer window before the ties are played
uh-oh! Wenger wonders whether the Everton game played a part tonight. Man City Saturday lunchtime.

Yeah we looked tied and jaded. Everton has a hard game, this was a hard game, and Saturday is a very hard game. I think we're going to hit the wall at some point.

Re: Football Season 2013/14 & Summer Window
The squad hasnt hit top form yet though, that evident in player performances bar Rambo, Mert, Kos, Gibbs, Sagna.. basically near enough attack hasnt clicked. The games have been approached wrong. Vs Utd there was flu around the camp. Everton were shown too much respect and tonight had a knock on effect from the previous game.

That's three excuses for three games, be interesting to hear what you have to say after the Chelski and Man City games.
