Soldado should go in the January sales, we need to bring in a striker that is proven to start from the word go. Spurs don't have a reserve squad - they call them something else. Most of the 'reserves' side go out on loan.

Any Spurs fansd on here can probably correct me on that one.

I thought the issue was two-fold.

Soldado not scoring, not so much a bad player, but his reluctance to be in the box and for others to ensure he gets enough crosses .

And the lack of depth, defoe not in favour with AVB, adebayor just being a waste of space.

Rumours are just as horrid when they come from a legit source! I often speak to an agent representing an arsenal player and everything he's told me has yet to come true. Walcott to Liverpool and Ba to Arsenal last season.

I'm not really sure what to make of it, theres been talk of him being unhappy for a while. Something to note on this is Darren Deins part of his management, he would have been onto the papers straight away.
