You have to purchase it with the first 45 days of owning the console though

Yep, £479 (console in 2 x controllers) for me is quite an investment, and I want to be sure I'm covered if something goes wrong

Madgamer are you still going digital ONLY seeing the prices are £54.99? compared to shop price of £47?

Purchased CoD and Forza. Since I'm getting FIFA in the box that will be three games in total

I know that's not aimed at me , but it's a no brainier , can't be bothered going to the shop , can't be bothered ordering it somewhere else for it to turn up a day late (took a chance on the console I know )!!! , I've taken hours off work to pick a game up before now , that costs me more than £8 , now I can pre order digitally and it's downloaded when I get home
Plus instant switching will work without changing discs !!

Re: The Xbox One Thread
There goes my plan for positioning the connect sensor below the TV, they want it no less that 2ft from the floor but they will have to make do with only 18inches or i will have to get a bracket and place it on the TV somehow that i don't want to do!

Money on trees, it is going to get so expensive for you as you won't get cheap game deals anymore that you may see in the shops for £20.

You could order online and not take time off work to collect a game. hehe
I would go digital if the prices were the same as retail, but only some of them are like DR3 and Forza 5.

Re: The Xbox One Thread
I am expecting it to get fried, but we're lucky USA may not be out of bed yet and have their consoles, but the rest of Europe maybe! I hope it doesn't crash when i download Forza.

I have ordered a TV mount from Argos.
MS recommend a licensed 3rd party mount from PDP, but I can't find it anywhere in the UK and the Amazon US listing says it isn't out until December.
Given that you cannot just plonk it on top of your TV, I think that MS should have included a TV/wall mount with every console, or at least made sure they were available from launch.
If my mount does not turn up in time I'll have to shove the Kinect on top of the TV unit, in front of the TV... If there's room.
