Re: Football Season 2013/14 & Summer Window
Times like this I wish it was Liverpool in the UCL rather than Man City. They've done nothing but damage the reputation of this league. No offence to City or it's fans but your champions league performances are somewhat questionable at times. If they hadn't spent the money they have then obviously my judgement wouldn't be fair.

And Man City have pulled a goal back to cheer up Colin.

Now City are playing. Well done Boateng though, 3-1 up and lunges in like that. Genius

They put Bernard on too late. Utd were up against it and that little Brazilian is a menace.

Re: Football Season 2013/14 & Summer Window
How many Brazilians play for Shaktar? They have some extreme pace in their side. Would have taken a draw before kick off so not a bad result after last Saturdays turgid display.

Some great goalkeeping in the CSKA v Plenz game. check out the last two goals.

We could just award champions league places based on a different criteria. Pray tell how you would do that.
Every month with a r, a certain 4 teams get it...else it is up for lottery?

I'm not convinced that england can't replace hart...if a striker or midfielder or defender was out of form..I would replace them..I think it applies to goalkeeper too

Though if you were playing Scotland..I would argue to keep him

I could only wish to see Newcastle picked but again that would make it worse, Newcastle and Stoke representing England in Europe. It's fair at the moment, the 4 highest finishing teams. I just don't understand why City keep making an arse of it. They have a squad that could hammer Bayern to be fair.

Defense.
And i would have had nelgrado on from the start..prefer his style
But not sure what can be done about the defense...a few hard sessions on commonsense would not go amiss
