when I turned the TV on this morning the right hand green button (on left hand side of Tivo box) was flashing and when I went to On Demand it came up with a network availability error message. I powered the Tivo off and on again and the light is no longer flashing and I can watch programmes I have recorded and record new ones but catch up Tv is still unavailable.

Our broadband is working fine
You should go to the Virgin Media site and see if there are any issues in your area. If not, you will need to ring Customer Services.

sorry should have thought of looking on there, brains not in gear on a Sunday afternoon.
