simple tivo query bugging me

I'm watching delayed tv. Because the doorbell rang.

What's the easiest way to get back to live TV on that same channel?

Sometimes stop works. Sometimes not.

I can't figure out why.

Re: simple tivo query bugging me

Press and hold the skip forward button. Think 3 seconds = skip to live. If you do it when fastforwarding then you skip to the next 15 minute marker with each press.
