Sat viewers would hate you. They already cram too much onto 1 transponder as it is, DS forums will be up in arms if they launch even 1 more channel, let alone 2!

I believe that 'Later' refers to timeshift, not the time in the day.

I have also been told that some of the missing HD Channels that broadcast on Virgin Media's Big Bother network UPC Ireland may also launch before 2014.
