Help Please

Hi If anyone can help please, I signed up to virgin media when they had the 12 months half price(22/3/13)package and have just noticed on my vm page that they only give me six months half price, so i phoned them and they said they have never offered that service its always been six months half price. I ordered the vip package

Sorry to hear you are having trouble. Virgin are talking rubbish.

From what you are suggesting, you signed up during their half price for a year offer which run from 19th March to the 26th. We discussed what a great offer it was here:

Unfortunately I'm not sure what you can do to get this sorted however a deal was definitely on during the week you signed up. Maybe one of our regular posters who work for Virgin can point you in the right direction?

Email them using the page on the website to contact them and paste the links from the reply above.

Or phone them again and try to speak to someone else. To be honest VM' customer service has been pretty poor in my experience. You will get it sorted but it never happens on the first attempt. Just keep going.

Their offer got coverage by USwitch. Virgin might try to dismiss chit chat in forums, but the USwitch coverage can't be denied.

WOW what a nightmare

Finally after 4 calls they have sorted it they cannot amend the contract they have to give me a rolling credit for the second 6 months. Maybe its me but i am well shocked with the response from the first two ladies that i spoke to even thou the lady that sorted it for me did say she never knew they did that deal.

Thanks for your replies and Chad thanks a lot mate, the Uswitch link was the one that seem to do the job without your help I was stuffed was so stressed I couldn't even think straight
