Missing programs and offshore CS

There are numerous programs missing from V+ OD this week - take Newsnight as a prime case in point. Even just browse the daily listings and look at the number of pages.. it's obvious there's stuff missing.

Anyhow.. having been burned beforehand I tried calling CS on Wednesday night to report it. The support forum used to be quite good for this, but has gone downhill recently. The tale of telephone-CS is long-winded and is embarrassing.. British-agents who haven't called back, and an offshore call centre that is just not fit for purpose.

I frankly don't have the patience to try calling CS again - life's too short - but there is obviously a problem with OD-CatchUp in Bristol.

I'm also in disbelief that a company's CS can be so bad that a customer doesn't want to call. Actually, no I'm not.

I feel your pain, my OD was mostly empty or unavailable too, during my time with VM.

I was told that it had to be updated manually and the person charged with that duty just couldn't keep up.

Probably a cock and bull story.

Anyway I'm glad to have left now.
