Probably because VM are negotiating for a bulk buy deal to include in the XL package rather than just selling on as a full price add on.

Not very much really, just another day of Speculation and intense conversation...just the normal. UPC have acquired the rights to broadcast BT Sport. That's about it!

Re: Coming Soon to Virgin TV (2013) Vol. 3.
Plenty of posts on Facebook and the Virgin Media Community thread which confirms Virgin are letting people out of their TV contract due to the loss of ESPN.
People also seem to be getting between £8 and £10 off their package after calling Virgin threatening to cancel!

It pays to know your T&C's!

Only way virgin are going to get bt sports is by customers being charged for it I reckon about 8 quid a month. Just my opinion. There is no way bt's golden nugget is going to be included free of charge

That's why people should be phoning Virgin now. Virgin are reportedly giving discounts of between £8 and £10 to some people threatening to cancel:
http://community.virginmedia.com/t5/...1930930/page/2
Get £10 knocked off your bill now, and use it towards BT Sports if any when it arrives!

Re: Coming Soon to Virgin TV (2013) Vol. 3.
Virgin just need to accept they are not going to get it in the XL package!
Just make is available to us for a subscription if they have to.
We'd rather have the chance to get it, even if we have to pay, then not have it at all!
Idiots
