Re: Coming Soon to Virgin TV (2013) Vol. 3.
While the option may become available for BT Sports I cannot understand the throwing the toys from the pram attitude that everyone is taking.I doubt we are going to get it for free I cannot see virgin getting it for free from BT.So the options seem clear if VM get it and you want it pay the going price. It,s as simple as that and you can be assured any d
fancy deals Sky are offering will soon run out Sky don,t give stuff away for nothing there is always a sting in the tail.If they don,t get it from you one way they will get it from you some other way.

Yip, I agree. And wouldn`t that be great. Now less than 2 days until my beloved Dundee United kick of the Scottish Premiership season on BT Sport - will I see it ?

An avid fan of something does not miss his team/player/artist in action and would not see the lack of BT Sport, with some of the excellent content they've aquired, as acceptable. the end.

Really? I support my local team, a conference team. I can also go to many other local clubs to watch many other sports locally, support my community and get some fresh air. I guess you just sit and watch the tv and continue to drive the price of sports upwards, not try to bring it downwards!?!

It isn't looking likely you will be able to watch that match, given the choice would you pay 12-15 pound for bt sport as a standalone option?

No. As stated earlier, it is a great deal in the XL package. But would not pay £15 per month for a few Dundee United games per season.

Very true sir, they are just the prices for Sky, who may or may not have been able to get that price due to the size of their customer base. We do not know the price for VM customers yet.

Yeah, sky are terrible. I decided to cancel my solo sky subscription i've had by myself because I cancelled Sky Sports for the summer to save a few quid, in the close season. but when i looked to get it back i see that they've made it so you can't watch the sport in HD unless you sign up for entertainment extra+, full of rubbish I don't want, which added about a £15 a month onto what I was paying. Sky Sports in HD is a deal breaker for me. and the decoder is also rubbish compared to TIVO too.
Best setup at this moment in time should Virgin not get BTS, is keeping Virgin with a decent collection for Sports etc. probably something like Premier collection plus the sports pack in HD. and a freesat setup solely BT Sports. a few people will be on ebay looking for a skyhd box around about now I reckon.
Made up i've got mine. be having sleepless nights otherwise looking forward to us playing Stoke on the 17th huddled over my Laptop on that crappy BT Sport app,

For me I think I want it more because I probably can't have it.

I'm a Rangers fan and only tend to watch Scottish football, and the really big Premiership games. BT have 10 Rangers games, 2 of which will be shown in the first month. I'm not really prepared to pay £15.00 per month for that.
