Re: Coming Soon to Virgin TV (2013) Vol. 3.
Once again, Virgin want something for nothing or next to nothing.
No Atlantic
No BT Sport
And importantly no reduction in cost of the XL Package. They are utterly hopeless in Business, want it all for nothing and won't hear of taking a hit on their own profits!
I've maintained someone (From Liberty maybe) needs to go into the company and clear out the dead wood.

Re: Coming Soon to Virgin TV (2013) Vol. 3.
All the channels we have in XL are not something for nothing.
There never was or will be a reduction in price for the loss of channels that are beyond the control of VM. Having ESPN was down to a deal with them. If BT won't play ball (!) then you cannot expect VM to reduce their price especially as this has been one of the best years for new channels ever whether they are your favourites or not.
It is the people who want the price reduction who expect something for nothing imo and it really is not going to happen.

Virgin getting Sesame Street could be quite significant if they can get other shows which have not been aired in UK which is the case with recent Sesame Street episodes

No, it needs to stay balanced - if you're on XL and we lose the Sky Channels in another spat, what would you do? Continue to pay premium price for non premium content?
