It will also be good for VM to have the full complement of major sports channels on offer.

Broadcast Now rarely get things wrong PB and my own humble opinion is they are spot on with this.

There are still plenty of ways to get our sports fix with Virgin media.
with British eurosport you can catch world championship atthletics. Plus you can keep up with all the sporting highlights on sky sports news.

Arthur Arthur Arthur just sit down and have a cup of tea and be patient and let good things come your way.

Been here before Arthur. NOTHING to say until the deal is done. No company can announce nothing. It isn't disgusting and they are not showing contempt of any kind.

VM may have to be careful how they announce these things, they can have profound affects on their stocks/credit ratings etc and may be bound by rules and regulations. I know they are part of a bigger group now but that may not shield them from these rules?
I think we just have to be patient and see what happens. Then vote with your feet it doesn't happen.

Why do I feel so pessimistic that we won't get BT sports? I'm feeling low today. Anyone want to provide a hug and rub my head telling me it's all ok?

I agree; they seem to be a reputable source. Just a shame there aren't more independent sources; everyone just seems to be copying the Broadcast Now story.
