Warner tv

Warner tv on demand channel doesn't seem to be on the list of channels on my TiVo. I can still find the content under All A-Z but not under By Channel. Is this a fault?

Everything has an expiry date of 31/05 as well, the same day the service ends on BT Vision. Doesn't look good for us guys either :-/

Re: Warner tv

I really like Warners stuff, watched some good series on there that I had missed first time.
XL is fast becoming devalued with channels moving down to smaller packs and now this! Grrr...

If you are paying the same and getting the same, how has the value changed?

I think Jobbie is suggesting that as more and more channels, previously exclusive to the XL package, are made available to lower TV tiers he feels he is not getting the same value for money. Whilst I can understand his point of view it would only be fair to highlight that Virgin have added about 9 new HD channels to the XL package over the past 6 or so months.

I think Virgin do a good job trying to keep their packages balanced. If they continue to add new content to the XL package it's only fair that the guys on lower packages such as L and M+ get something too. Not everyone can afford to upgrade their TV package so extra channels being made every few months are a nice bonus.

I agree that's what s/he's saying, but I don't understand the logic. If Tesco have a buy-one-get-one-free offer on Value Porridge Oats, I don't feel that my Crunchy Nut Cornflakes are devalued.

No but if they did a BOGOF on value flakes of corn featuring nuts I'd buy the them instead.

I go for the Tesco brand and offers all the time.

I only buy Daz from Tesco when it on offer.

If I run out and Daz is not on offer I buy the Tesco brand one.

I have also found that the Tesco Milk take longer to go off.
