TiVo TV anywhere - no streaming channels

Hi,
I've been using TV anywhere on my iPad for a while - mainly to stream live tv (usually Eurosport). I'm living with relatives for a while (still in uk), using their wifi (BT) - but I seem to have lost all streaming channels.

When I filter to only show streaming channels I get - no channels meet your search criteria. Also the streaming icon doesn't appear next to any channels on the left hand side of the guide

Any ideas?

Have you checked to make sure your device is still registered?

Hi - yes device is still registered and is primary. When I go into device registration on the app it show my ipad as the current device.

Should it still work in away mode even if my tivo was powered off (not that I did, just wondering)

Has it ever worked at your relatives?
Have you tried re-installing the app?
Make sure your account has no non pay disconnects

It is recommended that you keep it on at all times as you will not be able to manage your Tivo box such as set recordings with it turned off
