Delays in catch up
Why does it take so long for some shows to appear on catch up whereas others appear almost straight away?

Re: Delays in catch up
Then it ought to be called Random catch up or Lucky Dip catch up.

Re: Delays in catch up
I have noticed some catch up shows appear on my Sky box before they appear on my Tivo or VHD, Sometimes hours sooner. It is NEVER the other way round.

Re: Delays in catch up
If it's BBC it's on at the same time as the web one cause it takes its feed from the web (TiVo). Everything else is down to when and whether the broadcaster bothers to put it on

Re: Delays in catch up
Isn't it to do with the fact that Virgin get a physical copy of the programme before they can put it on their network, hence it takes longer?

Re: Delays in catch up
What annoys me is when a program has the little catch up symbol but says play from catch up on demand and I can't find it anywhere
