This is absolutely bloody ridiculous. My pay is now 11 days late. No one in the bank seems to have a clue what is going on.
First it was it would be fixed by the 25th, then fixed then fixed by the 29th, then fixed by the 2nd. Now they aren’t even giving a date where they expect it to be fixed.

Ulster Bank are the poor relations. Natwest are working fine. They got the priority.
Having Natwest not working makes the story national news. Ulster Bank not working is a regional news story. Ulster Bank customers have been shafted.

Unfortunately getting some will probably take forever. However the inconvenience is getting way past a joke now.

Personally I'm waiting until Virgin Money launch a current account and then I'll move (maybe not to Virgin Money but will add another option to consider)
