Possibly. Or it could be because ITV2 HD, ITV3 HD and ITV4 HD are due to be added first [before Universal HD & Animal Planet HD]

l think as MM and some others pointed out the other day in that there seems to be a clear plan now with ESPN disappearing from the XL pack come the end of July and thus with the channels that have arrived so far and with more to arrive in the coming months so by the time August comes they are hoping that customers will not desert the XL pack in droves once ESPN disappears.
