Nothing, I'm on a 48 hour fast before hospital tomorrow. PLEASE do not post nice things to eat as I am starving and can't get bacon butties off my mind.

Hope tomorrow goes ok for you whatever you're having done.

It's funny though, I don't normally eat anything apart from a dinner, but if you're on a fast and not allowed to eat you craving anything and everything constantly. It really is hard going so hang in there....
Can you suck on boiled sweets? They tend to help me get through those times.

Just my normal 3 monthly set of tests, don't normally have a problem with the fasting but for some reason this time I have Bacon on my mind. Trouble now is that it has been joined by a Fried Egg. At this rate by tomorrow it will be Full English.

It falls apart into stringy, beefy tenderness...
I do the same for whole Ox hearts or Skirt beef.
