Poor Vodafone customer services
I had to call Vodafone customer services and when a agent finally answered I told them my problems, they transferred me without passing my details of my problems so I had to tell the new agent my problem, they transferred me without passing on my problem so yet again I needed to explain my problem!
They only partially resolved my problem.
I rate them 1 out of 10 for customer services.

I stick with them because I can connect to them in most places I go but agreed their web site is useless if you want to top up a PAYG phone.

Hi Ken W,
It's disappointing to read about your experience but thanks for making me aware of it.
If you'd like me to look into your concerns could you email me with you details via the Contact us form here and quote the code WRT135 - Fao Lee in the subject line?
Once sent you'll receive an automated reply with a reference number. To ensure that it reaches me could you update the thread with this and I'll get back to you as soon as I can?
Kind regards,
Lee

Nice to see I'm not the only one that has to hit pay up to 10 times for them to take the money for the topup... companies being slow to take your money! virtually unheard of.

Re: Poor Vodafone customer services
I wouldn't send the email anyway, you chance to type it all out only for the webpage to send your browser into oblivion.

Hi Ken W,
Thanks for coming back to me.

Re: Poor Vodafone customer services
Hi Lsainsbury,
It's a shame to see that you feel this way.
Just to provide a little background, the Web Relations Team have been helping customers via independent forums for a few years now and while we've not had cause to reply to anyone on the Cable Forum before we do regularly provide assistance on other forums such as Money Saving Expert (MSE) and Consumer Action Group (CAG).
Naturally, there's nothing compelling anyone to contact us but we do try to be as helpful as possible.
Kind regards,
Lee

If I had an issue with a company, I'd take it up with them direct.
Any Tom, Dick or Harry could pose as an CS agent for XYZ company on a forum. It's very unprofessional on a public forum IMO.
How do we know you really work for Vodafone? There's lots of scams and fraud on the web and doing CS this way smells of something fishy. I'm sure Vodafone have their own forums for unhappy customers.
