agreed some of these judges think they are the law .

To be or not to be, woke is the question Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer. The slings and arrows of outrageous wokedome, Or to take arms against a sea of wokies. And by opposing end them.
Then perhaps its time to replace some of these judges who are not adhering to the rules as we have it.
Unfortunately for Theresa May Parliamentary Guidance does not trump existing legislation ,which in this case is ECHR article 8 ,so before she can force judges to deport criminals she has to introduce an act of parliament that says they can .That is in the process but not complete yet

It is interesting that laws designed to protect us from tyrannical governments is being used to lock in some of the worlds worst **** in this country, yeah that's some good protecting.
