Re: Football Season 2012/2013
Chelsea fans "we know what we are" ? lost Community Shield, Euro Super Cup, Club World Cup final, out the CL at group stage & League cup, 11pts behind. hmm.. worst European Champions ever!

Come on Bradford! Well done Swansea though. It's great that one of these teams will win the cup.

Re: Football Season 2012/2013
A Welsh team in to the final of an English League Cup Final at England's National Stadium, noooo there won't be any jingoism there!!
Tip: if your studies or job etc involves you needing work to be done by someone from Swansea on Feb 25th, you're better off making alternative arrangements

Re: Football Season 2012/2013
In all fairness, that ball boy should receive a lifetime ban from doing it and I'm sure the FA will (rightly) take action against us.

Re: Football Season 2012/2013
Said it elsewhere, both the boy and Hazard are in the wrong but Hazard should have gone to the referee and complained or the linesman. No need to kick a boy.

Re: Football Season 2012/2013
I don't think he kicked the boy. He was aiming for the ball, perhaps his shin inadvertently came in to contact with the kid's ribs and he just made a meal of it.

English clubs' dominance in football's money list will only grow thanks to new broadcast deals, says Deloitte
English clubs will consolidate their position as the richest in the world thanks to new broadcast deals that will be finalised in the coming weeks, according to the accountants who monitor football revenue across Europe. Premier League clubs already contribute seven of the top 20 richest clubs in the world and five of the top 10, according to the latest analysis published by Deloitte on Thursday, but they believe English dominance could grow.

The plot thickens - turns out the ball boy's father is not only one of the Swans' directors but also owns the hotel in Swansea where the Chelsea team were staying last night!

Re: Football Season 2012/2013
Rumours doing the rounds that Newcastle have agreed €2.5 fee with Toulouse for Moussa Sissoko. He will sign 5-and-a-half year deal in this window.
The French midfielder wants to leave now after Toulouse President has threatened to play him in the reserves for the next 6 months.
Wilfried Zaha will have contract talks and undergo a medical with Manchester United in the next 48 hours.
