I only tend to walk when I get to steep hills towards the end of 3 miles+ runs - I don't do hills and can usually manage them but my usual loops are set up in such a way that if they do have hills I hit them at the start. If I do them at the end then I need a breather for about 15 seconds. But I do get running again

Have sold my car, good price - totally lost confidence in driving it. Clutch set set way too high and too powerful - my mistake.
No more worries about anything car-related. Ahhhhh.
