Man utd accused, and responded with "Everything has been done within Uefa guidelines"
I haven't seen anything which states Tottenham have done anything wrong, except the wild and unsubstantiated accusations by rabid man utd

There's nothing wild about it. It's quite clear what has happened. Spurs wanted him but didn't want to pay the asking price, so got another club to take him at a lower price, then buy him from that club for a lower price than united were asking for. If you can't see that there is something wrong. If it was the other way round and united did this there would be uproar.

No proof, pure speculation, and if it was any other team, you would call it what it is...sore grapes

Cabaye is back, Debuchy has arrived, Remy better come, Ben Arfa is getting there.
I would care about an F.A Cup performance if we didn't have other things to occupy us, our squad is thin enough as it is without the prospect of playing in 3 competitions. Players will get a handy break and some recovery time in from the FA cup weekends too. Not at Norwich till next week now so we can attempt to tie up a striker and go from there.

knackered as Ba scored over half your goals cant see who will score enough for you yes Ben Arfa is your best player by far like us be totally knackered too if Fletcher get bad injury and we have been disgraceful for 99% of the season thanks to all the crap we got left by Bruce

Ba scored the goals because he got his own way. Cisse was the main man last year and the main man at the start of this season until Ba and his agent spat their dummies out and demanded they focused everything on Ba. Newcastle unfortunately agreed to this in hope he'd be happy and agree to sign a new deal, something that evidently never came to life.
Simply put, you take away the Ba and Cisse scores. Who knows what will happen with the incoming striker whether it be Remy or someone else.
The class between the injured first team and the reserves we stuck out today was really showing when Marveaux came on, he wasn't even that good and he outclassed the players already out there, tells the whole story really. losing one good player like Ben Arfa is bad enough but losing all of them has done a huge number on us. We have to struggle past it and get the group together again.
In regards to strengthening, we done something really important in replacing Danny Simpson. Mike Williamson and Simpson are probably one of the worst combinations I've ever seen in the Premier League and Mike Williamson is a contender for the worst defender full stop.
My wishlist:
Debuchy - Done
Remy - ???
a solid CB - No idea?
a rotation/backup midfielder

Re: Football Season 2012/2013
Sunderland will be fine, QPR and Reading are playing poor enough for the clubs above to breathe a little, Mike always indicates if there's a player there and he feels he's at the right price, he'd go for it but stresses he wont pay ridiculous amounts.
As for Sunderland, wins against a big club like Man city pay off later, one way or another.
