Re: Football Season 2012/2013
Falcao scored 5 goals tonight, he has now scored more goals than Ronaldo this season. Whoever ends up buying him is going to be getting a seriously good player.

Sweet. L'Equipe is a good source. As much as a striker is needed though we need to address the inability to create chances. It could just be the lack of options up front meaning the midfielders do too much though.

Chelsea are apparently favourites when he does go.

If it is true, he wont be going anywhere soon, he's going to be out for 3 months apparently.

£3.5 apparently, love how lazy journalists are today, same with Andy Carroll, you can't be registered with more than two clubs per season so any talk of either leaving in the window is baloney

Lionel Messi of Barcelona sets new goal-scoring record.

Is he the greatest ever?.

That said I don't see Arsenal or anyone else swooping in during the window. They'll want to see more sustained form.

International wise, you can yell Pele but he had the greatest Brazillian team of all time around him. Note that Ronaldo & Messi's International teams whilst good are both somewhat off the mark. It's like blasting Zlatan Ibrahimovic for being Swedish.
Both Messi and Ronaldo are faster, more accurate, more skillful and just all round better players than Pele.
Maybe it is unfair to compare them and judge like this giving the Era's of all these great players and because the likes of Pele never got a chance in today's game but it's simply the way it is. In 20 years there will likely be another bunch of players twice as good as Messi.

I hope so. The amount of coins that were thrown at the game yesterday. Any fan that does that should be banned. If they dont think they can handle being there without causing trouble then they need to stay at home
