Returning TV boxes

I cancelled the TV on the 22nd of November and need to return a Tivo and a V+HD box.

I was told packing and labels would be sent but I'm still waiting. Does anyone know how long this is likely to take? They are currently occupying space in my dining room, which is apparently now allocated for our Xmas tree!

I have posted on the VM help forum but had no reply. For avoidance of earache I am reluctantly willing to take them in the car to the nearest VM shop if needed.

Any advice/experiences?

Re: Returning TV boxes

call in to VM, 150 from your VM landline confirm account by pressing 1 then option 5 then option 3. ask them if theres an empty return box on its way.

if theres no box on its way you could pack them yourself and create a return label here > http://www.collectplus.co.uk/returns...from_postcode= then find your nearest drop off point here by entering your postcode > www.collectplus.co.uk/virgin dont forget to get a receipt with the tracking number.

you could also hand them in at your local store or find your local VM hq and drop them there.

try go through collect+

Re: Returning TV boxes

If you cancelled on the 22nd of November, then cancellation takes 30 days so I'd expect the return bags to arrive just before then.

That's what I thought but the channels went immediately!

I'll give them a call.
