Capping returning to Virgin?

is it true that staff are being trained on new speed caps?

"getting more allowance to d/l before getting capped, and the time you get capped is decreasing.... and if you get capped it's no longer 50%, instead you get 75% of your speed.... starting when the prices go up in feb!!!"

Why would they go back to 75% capping when they just moved from 75% capping to 50%?

Depends on your definition of capping. All speeds are capped. STM is a form of additional speed capping, therefore, capping.

"Get 75% of your speed" = 25% cap.

Re: Capping returning to Virgin?

Oh, I got it the wrong way round. Never mind.

75% is a bit generous...

Re: Capping returning to Virgin?

gotta laugh at how VM manage congestion.

The network is creaking and overloaded how do you make it perform better.

(a) buy capacity
(b) increase traffic management controls
(c) decrease traffic management controls - VM pick
(d) replace with a traffic management that works
