Cindy Rose, executive director of digital entertainment at Virgin Media, said: “The world of digital entertainment is moving so fast, consumers are always looking for the next ‘big thing’ to take advantage of the features and connectivity built into today’s gadgets. Virgin TV Anywhere builds upon our fantastic TV service, blending in the best of TiVo and our expertise in broadband and mobile, to bring customers a compelling entertainment experience to enjoy whenever they want, wherever they are – all at no extra cost.”

Re: The price of your Virgin Media service is going up
In these times of austerity it sucks that companies can put prices up when the common plebs do not even get wage rises. Ruddy Energy supply companies increasing their products by massive amounts. I Suppose VMs increase is on the small side!!!... £24 a year.

Well if I don't get my free BB double speed up grade before then that will be 2 increases since I was told about it.

I know. That's why I only highlighted that one possibility when posting my link and quote from Cindy Rose.

Annoying; but that's life.

I want my price increase to cover new channels we actually see not in negotiation, and as for streaming rights if the increase covers that poor excuse of streaming channels available on ipad/iPhone that's just plain embarrassing

Re: The price of your Virgin Media service is going up
Oh ok, well my VM contract comes to an end in Jan so may be worth having a look round other providers?
I currently have XL TV, 20M broadband, M phone, V+, an additional VHD for £44.50

Re: The price of your Virgin Media service is going up
When I signed up I got a special price and got told this is for 2 years. Will the increase affect this?

Re: The price of your Virgin Media service is going up
Hmm!Seeing as my upgrade got put off for a year and we have had an increase last year as well I feel a little peeved..but only a little.
Frankly I'd rather get what new customers get at the moment or some consideration as a loyal customer.
