			Algerian Couscous with chicken, carrots, turnips, courgettes, onions, garlic, tomatoes, broad beans and chickpeas. All in a mildly spiced sauce and served with couscous grains. Homemade of course.
 Hmmm.. I'm about to run out of Ras el Hanout... need to make more.
