Exclamation frequent blue screen tivo box

My brother in law has had virgin subscription package for three months. Tivo box installed. Using virgin internet

Screen daily goes blue and has to switch tv off and on to get it working. Not nice in middle of programme.

Engineeers been round three times and supposedly fixed it . But once they have gone it starts going blue again.

Any experts out there with knowledge how to fix this when virgin engineers unable to.

Kind of puts you off switching to Virgin

See this thread where you asked this before

But with the extra info that turning the TV off and on fixes it, it seems even more likely that the TV is at fault. I suggest he checks the TV manufacturer's website for firmware updates.
