125M : No Internet Until 29th Aug - PO2 Area

I have had no internet acces now since Sunday and been told I won't get it back until 29th Aug at the earliest. They say it is a fault with the green box in our street, yet no-one else in my street has this problem. Does it really take that long to get someone out to look at the box??

If you got told that by India then you should probably take it with a pinch of salt. They usually haven't got a clue and will say anything to get you to hang up the phone.

There seems to be a lot of issues in Portsmouth and over in Gosport as well..I keep losing both my TV and BB recently. I know that VM are adding extra capacity..they were adding new cables in my street about a month ago.
