Problem

Hi,

Having trouble with my V+ box. The picture freeze's, then a message comes up saying 'Channel not available'. When I switch the box off and on, a message saying ' Your service will start shortly' appears. After about 10/20mins the box rev's up and the picture appears. This has happened three times in the last few hours.
Any one else experiencing this? Any ideas on what the problem is?

Cheers.

Re: Problem

Been having same sort of thing in Hertfordshire. Get all the terrestrial channels (1-5) but any other channel and the screen is black with no audio, although if I have subtitles enabled they show on screen.

Had to reboot the box 4 times a day for the last 5 days.
